不同采血方法在血液常规检验中的临床应用比较

摘　　要：目的比较在血液常规检验中对不同采血方法的应用。方法选取本院在2016年7月间所需行血液常规检验的患者120例作为临床对象,随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组给予静脉采血方法,观察组给予末梢采血方法,观察与比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组WBC、RBC、HB、PLT、HCT比对照组高,且采血疼痛程度的评分也比对照组低,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对行血液常规检查的患者予以不同的采血方式对比之后,静脉采血的方法其检验结果比末梢采血方法更为准确,可减轻采血疼痛程度,提升各项指标。Objective Compare the application of different blood sampling method in blood routine test. Methods In our hospital in July 2016 needed for regular inspection of 120 cases with blood as a clinical object, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group to venous sampling method, observation group to peripheral blood sampling method, observation and comparison of two groups of clinical curative effect. Results The observation group the WBC, RBC, HB, PLT, HCT were higher than the control group, and in pursuance of the degree of pain score was lower than the control group, P〈0.05, there was difference statistically significance. Conclusion Patients of blood routine examination to pay different way blood after contrast, venous sampling method the test result more accurate than peripheral blood, the blood can be reduce pain degree, elevate the indicators that can be replicated in clinical.
