摘  要:目的探讨320排动态容积CT在脑静脉窦血栓形成中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2015年1-8月我院32例脑静脉血栓形成患者经320排动态容积CT、64排螺旋CT平扫及DSA检查结果。结果DSA结果显示32例患者中单处静脉窦受累8例,2处及2处以上受累24例,累及血管段共90处。320排动态容积CT与DSA诊断完全一致,无漏诊,准确率为100%。64排螺旋CT检查漏诊率为8.9%,准确率为91.1%。320排动态容积CT准确性高于64排螺旋CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 320排动态容积CT在脑静脉窦血栓形成诊断准确性高。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 320 row dynamic volume CT in cerebral venous sinus thrombosis. Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with cerebral venous thrombosis in our hospital from January to August 2015 were retrospectively analyzed by dynamic CT, 64 slice spiral CT plain scan and DSA findings in 320 cases. Results The results of DSA showed that there were 8 cases of single venous sinus involvement in 32 patients in the study. There were 2 cases and more than 2 lesions in all of the 24 patients, including a total of 90 vascular segments. 320 row dynamic volume CT and DSA diagnosis were identical, no missed diagnosis, the accuracy rate was 100%. 64 slice spiral CT examination missed diagnosis rate was 8.9%, the accuracy rate was 91.1%. The accuracy of 320 row dynamic volume CT was higher than that of 64 slice spiral CT, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of 320 row dynamic volume CT in cerebral venous sinus thrombosis is high.
