摘  要:目的探讨慢性鼻炎患者应用低温等离子消融术和下鼻甲成形术治疗的效果。方法收集我院2014年5月-2016年7月收治的63例患者,根据医治方案分组,即观察组33例(低温等离子消融术)和对照组(下鼻甲成形术)30例,对比两组的临床效果。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量为(15.3±2.1)min、(1.7±2.3)ml与对照组的(66.7±3.8)min、(14.6±3.5)ml相比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗后观察组的VAS评分、总有效率分别(2.2±0.3)分、84.8%,与较对照组的(2.1±0.6)分、86.7%相比(P>0.05)。结论离子消融医治单纯黏膜肥厚慢性鼻炎疗效颇高,而针对鼻甲骨质肥厚或者形态复杂的慢性鼻炎可采用下鼻甲成形术医治。Objective To study the effect of low temperature plasma ablation and Xia for patients with chronic rhinitis. Methods 63 cases of patients in our hospital from May 2014 to July 2016 were divided according to the treatment scheme, namely 33 cases of observation group (low temperature ) and 30 cases of reference group (inferior turbinate plasty), the clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results The operation time and the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were (15.3±2.1) rain, (1.7±2.3)ml, and the control group were (66.7±3.8)min, (14.6±3.5) ml, there was difference statistically significance, P〈0.05; After treatment, the VAS score and total effective rate in observation group were (2.2±0.3), 84.8%, the control group were (2.1±0.6), 86.7% (P〉 0.05). Conclusion Ion ablation is effective in treating chronic rhinitis with simple mucosa hypertrophy. For the turbinate hypertrophy or complex form of chronic rhinitis can be treated with inferior turbinate surgery.
