氨甲环酸对降低膝关节镜术后关节腔内出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析氨甲环酸对降低膝关节镜术后关节腔内出血的临床效果。方法选取我院72例行膝关节镜术患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例。关节镜术后,观察组患者行术前氨甲环酸静脉注射治疗,对照组患者行静脉注射生理盐水治疗,24 h后观察两组患者引流量,4 d后观察两组患者血常规情况。结果观察组术后24 h引流量为(230.6±49.2)ml,低于对照组的(447.5±52.4)ml;,观察组术后4 d行血常规检查的血红蛋白值为(107.3±11.8)g/L,优于对照组的(91.4±9.8)g/L,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对临床上行关节镜术患者采用氨甲环酸术前静脉注射,能有效降低患者关节腔内出血症状,有良好的临床应用效果。Objective To analysis clinical application effect of tranexamic acid articular cavity injection to reduce the arthroscopic surgery of joint cavity hemorrhage. Methods 72 patients who underwent the arthroscopic surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 36 cases. After arthroscopic surgery, observation group with articular cavity injection Of tranexamic acid treatment, control group with articular cavity injection of saline treatment, observing two groups of patients with 24 hours, and 4 days after observing two groups of patients with blood tests. Results The observation group after 24 h induced flowwas （230.6±49.2） ml, lower than the control group （447.5±52.4） ml; observation group 4 d postoperative blood routine examination of hemoglobin value was （107.3±11.8） g/L, better than that of control group （91.4±9.8） g/L, P〈0.05, there was difference statistically significance. Conclusion Patients with clinical uplink arthroscopic surgery using tranexamic acid articular cavity injection can effectively reduce the articular cavity hemorrhage in patients with symptoms, has good clinical effect.
