华佗止痛膏2号方外敷治疗膝关节骨性关炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨华佗止痛膏2号方外敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法 90例患者选来自本院骨科门诊及住院诊断为骨性关节炎的患者;将其随机分为两组:治疗组(接受华佗止痛膏2号方外敷治疗)和对照组(接受双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂局部外涂)。对比两组治疗疗效及治疗后WOMAC得分。结果治疗组和对照组治疗有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后WOMAC得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论佗止痛膏2号方外敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效肯定。Objective To study the curative effect of huatuo acetanilide 2 external in treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis. Methods 90 patients were selected from our hospital orthopaedic outpatient and hospitalized patients diagnosed with osteoarthritis, which were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （huatuo acetanilide 2 party topical therapy） and control group （accept diclofenac diethylamine emulsion agent local besmear outside）. After treatment, curative effect and WOMAC scores were compared between two groups. Results the treatment group and control group efficient were compared, there was difference statistically significance （P〈0.05）, after treatment, the WOMAC scores between the two groups were compared, there was difference statistically significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huatuo acetanilide 2 external in treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis had good effect.
