中药利尿药和西药利尿药在高血压中的应用研究

摘　　要：噻嗪类利尿药是临床广泛应用的一类降压药,优先用于治疗低肾素性高血压、盐敏感性高血压、老年高血压、黑人高血压和肥胖人群的高血压。虽然噻嗪类利尿药在治疗高血压是会引起低血钾症和糖耐量异常,但噻嗪类利尿药在治疗高血压中仍然具有独特的地位,并且常用于高血压治疗的联合用药。随着中医药的不断发展,发现中西医在高血压的发病机制上以及治疗上都具有一定的共通性和共容性,中药利尿药也更多地应用于高血压的治疗中。因此,本文对西药利尿药抗高血压的作用机制、优势及不足;中药利尿药高血压治疗中的的应用、优势及不足以及中西医结合治疗高血压的临床疗效等问题进行了论述。Thiazide diuretic medicine is clinical widely used for antihypertensive by reviewing the database, and combined with the clinical treatment experience. It is the first choice in the treatment of the high blood pressure type of low renin, salt sensitivity, elderly and obesity hypertension. Although thiazide diuretic drug in the treatment of high blood pressure can cause of hypokalemia and abnormal glucose tolerance, but thiazide diuretic still has a unique status in the treatment of high blood pressure, and is often used in combination of hypertension treatment. It is also found that traditional Chinese and western medicine have certain convergence in the pathogenesis of hypertension Chinese traditional diuresis medicine are more and more applied in the treatment of high blood pressure. Therefore, the western medicine diureticanti hypertensive mechanism, its advantages and disadvantages; Chinese diuresis medicine in the treatment of high blood pressure, its advantages and disadvantages and the clinical curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of high blood pressure are discussed in this paper.
