摘  要:目的探讨个体化健康教育对糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响效果。方法选取2015年10月-2016年10月180例被诊断为糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规教育,观察组在此基础上采取一对一个体化健康教育模式,对两组患者治疗依从性及血糖控制情况进行比较。结果观察组的治疗依从性、血糖控制效果高于对照组,且两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者的治疗中实施个性化健康教育能提高患者治疗的依从性及血糖控制的有效率。Objective To investigate the effect of individualized health education on the treatment compliance of patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods From October 2015 to October 2016, 180 cases were diagnosed as diabetic patients as the research object, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with routine education, and the observation group was treated with one to one individualized health education model. The treatment compliance and blood glucose control were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group treatment compliance, blood glucose control was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically (P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of individualized health education can improve the patient compliance and blood glucose control rate in the treatment of diabetic patients.
