探究综合护理干预实施在重症呼吸衰竭患者治疗中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的深入分析重症呼吸衰竭患者治疗中实施综合护理干预的临床应用价值。方法筛选我院2015年1月-2016年9月就诊的重症呼吸衰竭患者180例遵照随机双盲法分组,即对照组和试验组各90例,分别采取常规护理、综合护理,对比两组患者护理的临床效果。结果试验组并发症发生率、满意度为6.7%、96.7%,优于对照组的32.2%、78.9%,P<0.05。结论对重症呼吸衰竭患者实施综合护理干预,可降低并发症发生概率。Objective To analyze the clinical value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with severe respiratory failure. Methods 180 patients with severe respiratory failure who visited in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, reference group group and 90 patients in each group. Results The incidence and satisfaction rate of complications in experimental group were 6.7% and 96.7%,respectively than those of reference group, 32.2%, 78.9%, P〈0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with severe respiratory failure can reduce the probability of complications.
