摘  要:对股骨颈骨折合并同侧股骨干骨折的治疗比单纯的股骨颈骨折或股骨干骨折的治疗更具挑战性,往往需要修改股骨颈或股骨干骨折的常规治疗方法.在本研究中,使用加长Gamma3合并加压交锁髓内钉联合交叉空心螺针来固定联合骨折,这是一种新的技术.交叉空心螺钉沿股骨大转子前缘,并垂直于股骨颈骨折线方向拧入,从而对骨折端进行加压.该技术为治疗此类合并骨折提供了一种新的选择.用加长Gamma3加压交锁髓内钉联合交叉空心螺钉治疗股骨颈骨折合并同侧股骨干骨折的效果是可观的.该技术操作简单,而且减少了手术时间.目前,尚需在多个大型试验中心进行深入的调查研究,对该手术方案与目前其他所有可用的手术方案进行比较.The treatment of femoral neck and ipsilateral shaft fractures is much more challenging than either a femoral neck or shaft fracture alone, which often requires modification of the routine neck or shaft fracture treatment methods. In this study, long Gamma3 compressive interlocking intramedullary nails with a sup- plementary cross-cannulated screw was used to stabilize the frac- ture sites, which is a novel technique. The supplementary cross- cannulated screw was inserted from the anterior edge of the greater trochanter and was then orientated perpendicular to the femoral neck fracture line to increase the compression between the fracture edges. The technique provides a new option for treating these com- bined fractures. Long Gamma3 compressive interlocking intramed- ullary nails with a supplementary cross-cannulated screw, in the mid-term, shows acceptable clinical and functional results. The procedures of the technique are simple, which decreases the operating time. Further investigation should be performed to compare the methods with all the other current available surgical options in large muhicenter trials.
