摘　　要：目的:探讨转化医学在国内外的发展态势,为我国转化医学的发展提出相应对策.方法:从文献计量学角度,以"转化医学"为关键词,通过检索和整合国内外文献,阐述了转化医学研究的现状,分析了转化医学学科在国内外的发展态势.结果:通过分析我国转化医学的保障机制,找出存在问题,并针对转化医学的发展提出相应的对策和建议.结论:转化医学是近年发展起来的新兴学科,通过分析旨在促进基础医学的研究成果向临床实践转化.AIM： Explore the translational medicine development situation at home and abroad, put forward some for the development of translational medicine in China. METH- ODS ： From the perspective of literature metrology, ＂translational medicine＂ as keywords, through integration of retrieval and literature at home and abroad, expounds the present situation of translational medicine research, analysis of the development of translational medicine discipline at home and abroad. RESULTS： Through the analysis of the guarantee mechanism of translational medicine in our country, and find out problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions of the devel- opment of translational medicine. CONCLUSION： Translational medicine is a new subject developed in recent years, through the analysis to the promotion of basic medical research to clinical practice.
