摘 要:NLRP3炎症小体因受多种内源性和外源性的危险信号刺激而聚集及活化,其在各种疾病的发生发展过程中发挥着非常重要的作用.研究认为,慢性疾病的发生发展均有炎性介质的参与,如NLRP3炎症小体活化后产生的IL-1β及IL-18等炎性介质,尤其是在慢性疾病的早期病理变化过程尤为突出.同时随着研究的深入,研究者认为NLRP3炎症小体的聚集及活化过程发生在早期的病理性变化机制过程中,因此有效调控NLRP3炎症小体的活化通路有利并有助于预防、治疗慢性相关性疾病的早期病理性损伤.NLRP3 inflammasome could be activated by different kinds of endogenous and exogenous danger factor stimulation and could induce aggregation and activation. NLRP3 inflammasome plays an important role at the process of chronic disease. At the early stage of pathological process, the study suggests that chronic disease development are close relationship with inflammatory factor, such as IL-1β, IL-18 or others inflammatory factor. At the same time, the researchers show that the aggregation and activation of NLRP3 inflammasome also is happen. Thus, the activation pathway of NLRP3 inflammasome is need to be effectively regulated, which is beneficial for preventing and treating pathological injury of related chronic disease at the early stage.
