摘 要:以氢化钠(NaH)为引发剂、马来酸酐(MAH)为改性剂,制备了多官能化改性天然橡胶(NR)(MFNR),并对其反应机理、结构及性能进行了研究。结果表明,NaH与NR反应生成碳负离子,进攻MAH分子中的碳氧双键,打开MAH环状结构,得到MFNR。相比于NR,MFNR的焦烧时间与正硫化时间均缩短,撕裂强度有大幅提高,交联密度变化不大,储能模量增大。随着NaH和MAH用量的增加,MFNR的官能化反应程度增大。Multifunctional modified natural rubber (NR) (MFNR) was prepared using sodium hydride (Nail) as initiator and maleic anhydride(MAH) as modifier. And the reaction mechanism, structure and properties of MFNR were studied. The results showed that Nail generated carbanion by reacting with NR, and the carbanion attacked the double bonds of C =0 in MAH molecular to open the cyclic structure of MAH, the MFNR obtained. Comparedto NR, the scorch time and optimum cure time of MFNR shortened,the tear strength increased greatly, the crosslinking density changed little, and the stor- age modulus increased. The degree of functionaliza- tion of MFNR increased with increasing amounts of Nail and MAH.
