摘  要:采用纳米氢氧化镁(MH)、玻璃纤维(GF)及丁腈橡胶(NBR)制备了MH/GF/NBR复合材料,并研究了MH和GF的加入量对复合材料耐老化性能及阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,MH与GF的加入使得MH/GF/NBR复合材料的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、邵尔A硬度及压缩永久变形性能得到改善。随着老化时间的延长,复合材料的内部结构变差,GF突起增多。MH和GF均能有效提高复合材料的耐老化性能与阻燃性能。MH对阻燃性能的改善较为优异,GF对耐老化性能的改善较为优异,2种填料配合使用有利于延长材料的使用寿命。Nanometer magnesium hydroxide ( MH )/glass fiber (GF)/nitrile rubber (NBR) com- posites were prepared with MH, GF and NBR as materials. The effects of amount of MH and GF on aging resistance and flame retardancy of the compo- sites were investigated. The results showed that the addition of MH and GF improved the tensile strength, elongation at break, Shore A hardness and compression set of the composites. The internal structure of the composites deteriorated and the num-bet of protuberant GF increased with increasing aging time. MH and GF could efficiently enhance the aging resistance and flame retardancy of the com- posites. MH possessed better flame retardancy, while GF possessed better aging resistance, so the combination of MH and GF could prolong the service life of the compo-sites.
