摘 要:研究了发泡剂H与尿素脂(BK)的质量比及用量、硫化剂过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)/过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)的质量比和硫化工艺对硅橡胶泡沫材料的表观密度及拉伸强度的影响。结果表明,当发泡剂H/BK的质量比为10.0/6.0、H的用量为10.0份、硫化剂BPO/DCP的质量比为0.8/4.0时,硅橡胶泡沫材料的表观密度小,发泡效果好。相比于一段硫化工艺,采用二段硫化工艺有助于提高材料的硫化程度,增加材料的拉伸强度及泡孔的稳定性。The effects of mass ratio and amount of foaming agent H/urea cream (BK), mass ratio of benzoyl peroxide (BPO)/dicumyl peroxide(DCP), and vulcanization process on apparent density and tensile strength of silicone rubber foam materials were investigated. The results showed that the apparent density of silicone rubber foam materials was small and foaming effect got better when the mass ratio of foaming agent H/BK was10. 0/6. 0, the amount of H was 10. 0 phr and the mass ratio of curing agent BPO/DCP was 0. 8/4. 0. Compared with one-step vulcanization process, two-step vulcanization process was condu- cive to improve the degree of cure, tensile strength and the sta- bility of foams of the silicone rubber foam materials.
