双边匹配理论在电子商务环境下电煤价格生成中的应用展望

摘　　要：2013年电煤价格并轨后,电煤价格生成和煤电稳定交易成为研究焦点。本文分析电煤价格生成问题,梳理双边匹配理论研究进展,将双边匹配理论应用到电煤价格生成过程中,并做出以下应用展望:从煤电企业双方的交易意愿出发,探寻煤电双方稳定匹配交易下的电煤均衡价格,为煤电企业提供电煤价格生成的参与机制,推动电煤价格生成过程透明化、规范化、系统化;为煤电企业经营和宏观政策设计提供有效的决策支持,促进煤电中长期稳定交易关系的建立。The generation of electrical coal price and the stable transaction of coal and electricity companies are becoming re- search focuses after the unification of electrical coal price in 2013. This paper analyzes the problems of electrical coal price genera- tion, reviews the research progress of two-sided matching theory, and applies the two-sided matching theory to the generation process of electrical coal price. And application prospects are made as follows： proceeding from transaction intentions of coal and electricity companies, the equilibrium price of electrical coal is explored under the stable matching transaction o{ both sides, which offers coal and electricity companies the participation mechanism of electrical coal price generation to make the generation process of electrical coal price transparent, standardized and systematic; and provides the effective decision support for coal company man agement and macro policy design to the establishment of stable transaction coal and electricity companies in middle and long term.
