摘  要:随着原煤入洗率的提高,煤泥的产量也在不断增加,煤泥的干燥成为解决煤泥提质增效利用的主要方法。针对煤泥干燥环节,建立了一套具有传热效率高、处理量大、自动化程度高的旋流化解聚煤泥热风干燥系统,在有效降低煤泥水分的同时,实现了煤泥干燥设备的大型化和自动化。实际使用效果表明:采用该大型旋流化解聚煤泥热风干燥系统,可将煤泥平均水分由原来的29.5%降低到15%,发热量也有所提高,在提高经济效益的同时,也为煤泥干燥问题提供了一种有效的解决方法。The amount of coal slime keeps rising as washing rate of raw coal improves.The drying of coal slime has become the key to achieve higher quality and efficiency in the process of coal slime treatment.Based on coal slime drying procedures,a fluidized and particle-depolymerized hot air drying system,which has high transitive thermal efficiency,large capacity and high degree of automation,was developed to improve the drying effect of coal slurry.This system could reduce the water content of coal slime and achieve the trend of equipment enlargement and automation.The field application results showed that the system could reduce the moisture of coal slime from 29.5%to 15%and increased the heat value of coal slime so as to significantly improve the economic benefit and provide an effective solution for coal slime drying problem.
