摘  要:对引种定植于同一生长环境条件下的13个不同雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.)种源叶片的营养元素(C、N、P、K、Ca、Mg)及雷公藤甲素(tripolide,TR)含量进行测定,分析不同种源叶片营养元素和TR含量的差异、地理变异程度以及各营养元素间及其与TR间的相关性.结果表明:1)13个种源中,8个种源的营养元素在叶片中的含量大小顺序为C>K>N>Mg>Ca>P;5个种源的顺序为C>K>N>Mg>P>Ca,且所有种源中限制性元素N、P含量明显低于全国平均值,表明该地区可能存在N、P限制;2)不同种源雷公藤叶片的营养元素和TR含量存在显著差异,其中种源94叶片TR含量最高(10.98mg/g),各种源叶片营养元素、TR含量的变异程度不同,其中Mg变幅最大(变异系数为40.86%),N变幅最小(变异系数为8.61%);3)营养元素、TR含量的相关性分析表明Mg与C,Mg与Ca呈显著正相关,K与Ca、C与N、N与Mg呈显著负相关;TR仅与C、P分别存在负相关和正相关.综合分析13个种源,虽然13A、4和X37种源均受N、P双重限制,但保持稳定的N/P,表明这3个种源雷公藤对环境的适应性可能较强,且X37的TR含量较高(8.81mg/g).通过对比不同种源叶片营养元素及TR含量的差异和地理变异规律,可为筛选适宜福建闽西林下经济推广种植的雷公藤地理种源提供理论基础.In this study, we analyzed the difference in nutrients and tripolide (TR) contents in leaves of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. among 13 different provenances,which were planted in the same environment,in order to reveal the correlations between geographical variability, nutrients elements and TR contents among different provenances. The results showed as following: 1) Among the 13 provenances, there are 8 provenances (3A, 36A, 32,4, X37 ,J73,90,94) with nutrient elements in the leaves in the order of C〉 K〉 N〉 Mg〉Ca〉 P, and the other 5 provenances with nutrient elements (8,20A, 59,86,97) in the leaves in the order of C〉K〉 N〉 Mg〉 P〉 Ca.The contents of limiting elements, N and P, were significantly lower than the national averages, which showed that there was serious restriction of N and P in this area. 2) There was significant difference between different provenances in the nutrient elements and TR contents in leaves, with provenance 94 having the highest content of TR (10.98 mg/g).Meanwhile, the degree of variation in the nutrient elements and TR contents in leaves is different,where the amplitude of Mg is the biggest (CV= 40. 86%) ,but N is the smallest (CV=8.61%). 3) The correlation analysis of nutrient elements and TR indicated that the correlations between Mg and C and between Mg and Ca were significantly positive,but K and Ca,C and N,and Mg and N were negatively correlated.C has a negative and P has a positive correlation with TR.Comprehensive analysis of 13 provenances demonstrated that 13A,4,and X37 were affected by N and P double restriction,but the stable N/P ratios indicated that the three provenances' adapta- tion to the environment was stronger than those of the others.In addition,the TR content of X37 (8.81 rag/g) was higher than that of the 13A and 4 provenances.Through comparing the difference in nutrient elements and TR content in leaves and geographic variation regularity among different provenances, this study would provide foundation for
