摘  要:基于拉萨河谷造林成活率低下的现状,分析了苗木水分状况对苗木活力的影响,为苗木保护及提高造林成活率提供科学依据.以5种乡土树种藏川杨(Populus szechuanica var.tibetica)、银白杨(P.alba var.alba)、细叶红柳(S.microsiachya)、左旋柳(S.paraplesia var.subintegra)、江孜沙棘(Hippophae gyantsensis)为研究对象,对其苗木进行不同时间的晾晒处理,测定苗木移植后的生长活力与光合日进程,晾晒时间分别设为0,2,4,6,8h.苗木活力、光合能力与苗木水分密切相关,随着晾晒时间的延长,移栽后根系活力、树高生长量、光合能力随之下降,最终导致苗木成活率降低.藏川杨的晾晒极限时间为4h,银白杨、细叶红柳、左旋柳均为6h,江孜沙棘的晾晒极限时间最长为8h.苗木起苗后的保护工作,尤其是在拉萨半干旱河谷对根系的保护至关重要,这对于维持苗木活力,提高本地区造林成活率和保存率有重要意义.Based on the low survival rate of forestation in the Lhasa River Valley, effects of the water content on seedlings vigor was analyzed,which would provide the scientific basis of protection and enhancement the survival rate of forestation.In this paper,Populus szechuanica vat. tibetica, P. alba var. alba, Salix rnicrosiachya, S. paraplesia vat. subintegra and Hippophae gyantsensis were used as the research objects.Their stocks were dried for different lengths of time,and the growth vigor and photosynthetic diur- nal courses of seedlings were measured after transplantation.The drying time was set to be 0,2,4,6 and 8 h.The results showed that the seedling vigor and photosynthetic capacity were closely related with their water content.With the increase of drying time,the root activity, the growth in height and the photosynthetic capacity of seedlings decreased after transplantation, eventually leading to the reduction of survival rate of seedlings.The time limit of drying was 4 h for P. szechuanica var. tibetica ,6 h for P. alba vat. alba ,S. microsiachya ,S. paraplesia vat. subintegra ,and 8 h for H. gyantsensis.It is crucial to protect the root,which is good for maintaining the seedling vigor and improving the survival rate in the Lhasa River Valley.
