大数据时代高校图书馆社会开放深入发展研究——以安徽省高校图书馆为例

摘　　要：文章概述了国内外高校图书馆社会开放现状,以安徽省高校图书馆为例,分析了目前高校图书馆在社会开放过程中呈现的图书馆自身服务主动性不强、社会读者需求不高和利用率低等问题。为了改变高校图书馆社会开放实效差的现状,摆脱高校图书馆社会开放困局,文章运用大数据的理念和技术,从服务理念提升、保障制度建立、大数据技术应用推出新的服务等方面提出了系列措施,以期帮助高校图书馆全面提升服务能力,在社会开放过程中取得好的实效,助推全民阅读、书香社会的建设,为社会主义精神文明建设作出应有的贡献。This paper summarizes the status of opening to the public in university library at home and abroad, taking university libraries in Anhui Province as an example, analyzes the existing problems of university libraries in the process of opening to the public ： the librarian＇s initiative of service to the public readers is not strong ; and the social readers＇ demand for university library is not high; and the utilization rate is low. In order to change the status of the poor efficiency, and get rid of the predicament, with the theory and technology of the big data, from the aspects of service idea promotion, system establishment guarantee , new services of the big data information technology application, this paper puts forward a series of measures of helping to enhance the service ability of university library. These measures will help university library to achieve good effect in the process of the opening to the public, boosting the construction of national reading and scholarly community, making due contribution for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.
