摘　　要：文章基于真实的新疆庭审话语语料,对温馨庭审的定义、特征和功能做了实证性分析,提出了语用距离的定义、分类和三个互动交际层面,重点探讨了温馨庭审话语中语用距离的交际层级性特征。Based on the real courtroom discourse in Xinjiang,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the definition, features and functions of warm courtroom trial, advances the definition, classification and three communicative hierarchies of pragma-proxemies and probes into the communicative hierarchies of pragma- proxemics in warm courtroom discourse.
