摘　　要：目的研究无创呼吸机辅助通气与高氧吸入治疗急性左心衰的临床疗效。方法选取陕西省第四人民医院急诊科、西安市北方医院心内科在2014年1月至2016年12月收治的100例急性左心衰患者作为研究对象,遵循单盲随机分配原则将患者分为对照组和观察组,各50例,对照组实施高氧吸入治疗,观察组在高氧吸入治疗基础上加用无创呼吸机辅助通气治疗,比较两组治疗效果、心功能指标。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组的左心射血分数明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其NT-pro BNP明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急性左心衰患者中应用无创呼吸机辅助通气与高氧吸入治疗的临床疗效显著,可有效改善心功能,有利于改善预后。Objective To study the clinical curative effect of noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation combined with high oxygen inhalation in the treatment of acute left heart failure. Methods One hundred cases of patients with acute left heart failure in the emergency department of the Fourth People＇s Hospital of Shaanxi and department of cardiology of Xi＇an North Hospital admitted during the period of January 2014 to December 2016 were selected as research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of single blind random allocation, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received high oxygen inhalation therapy, and the observation group on the basis of high oxygen inhalation therapy combined with noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation. The treatment effect and cardiac function indexes between the two groups were compared. Results The clinical total effective rate of patients in the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The left heart ejection fraction of the observation group after the treatment was obviously higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; the NT-proBNP of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with acute left heart failure, the clinical curative effect of noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation combined with high oxygen inhalation therapy is significant, which can effectively improve cardiac function and the prognosis.
