B-Lynch缝合术对产后出血的治疗作用分析

摘　　要：目的研究B-Lynch缝合术对产后出血的治疗效果。方法选取2015年3月至2016年3月在我院接受治疗的30例采用B-Lynch缝合术止血的产后出血的患者,将其设为观察组,另选取同期30例采用纱布填塞法进行止血的产后出血患者设为对照组。观察比较两组患者的止血效果、并发症发生率、住院时间、恶露持续时间、月经复潮时间及子宫复旧情况。结果观察组患者的止血成功率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05);并发症的发生率为3.33%,少于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者的住院时间、恶露持续时间和月经复潮时间与对照组相比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的子宫复旧率为83.33%,高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05)。结论 B-Lynch缝合术对产后出血具有较好的止血作用,能够有效减少出血,减少并发症的发生,并且对患者的住院时间、恶露时间、月经复潮时间均无明显的影响,安全性较好,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of B-Lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Thirty cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage under the treatment of B-Lynch suture from March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected as observation group, and the other 30 cases using gauze hemostatic method in the same period were selected as control group. The hemostatic effect, incidence of complications, hospital time, duration of loehia, menses time and uterine involution were compared in the two groups. Results The hemostatic rate in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 86.67% of the control group （P〈0.05）; the incidence rate of complications was 3.33%, which was lower than 20.00% of the control group （P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in the hospital time, duration of lochia and menses time of the two groups （P〉0.05）; the uterine involution rate of the observation group was 83.33%, which was higher than 76.67% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion B-Lynch suture has good hemostasis effect on patients with postpartum hemorrhage, which can effectively reduce bleeding and decrease the complications. It is safe and has no impact on the hospital time, duration of lochia and menses time, it is worthy of promotion.
