经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗新鲜与陈旧性骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效比较

摘  要:(1)目的探讨对新鲜以及陈旧性骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折应用经皮椎体后凸成形术的治疗效果。(2)方法选取在我院进行治疗的骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折者患者75例,根据核磁共振成像(MRI)结果将患者分为新鲜骨折(观察组40例)和陈旧骨折(对照组35例),观察两组治疗效果。(3)结果观察组VAS评分和Oswestry功能障碍指数均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组椎体恢复率和后凸畸形纠正率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨水泥使用量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);骨水泥渗漏率两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(4)结论经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗新鲜性骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折效果较好。Objective To explore the treatment effect of the application of percutanous kyphoplasty(PKP)on the fresh and obsolete osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods Selected 75 cases of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures that treated in our hospital,according to the MRI results, the patients were divided into observation group(fresh fractures,40 cases)and control group (obsolete fractures,35 cases),observed treatment effect of the two groups.Results VAS score and Oswestry disability index of observation group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05).The vertebral body recovery rate and correction rate of deformity of observation group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05);The bone cement usage of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant( P 〈0.05), bone cement leakage rate between the two groups had no statistical significance ( P 〉0.05).Conclusion The effect of percutanous kyphoplasty(PKP) in treatment of fresh osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures is good, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
