摘  要:磨矿、浮选是金矿选矿过程必不可少的重要环节。本文以国内某金矿选矿厂磨浮选矿工艺为研究对象,采用建模—求解—模型程序化的方法对金矿磨浮过程进行了较为系统的研究。首先,针对金矿选矿过程涉及的各个过程建立了相应的数学模型予以定量解析,这些过程模型包括球磨机模型、螺旋分级机分级模型、旋流器分级模型、浮选相关模型等。然后,基于仿真平台软件Extend Sim设计并开发了金矿磨浮选矿过程仿真系统,仿真系统的主要功能包括选矿过程单设备仿真、流程仿真及仿真结果分析。该仿真系统可模拟不同物料、操作参数条件下的金矿磨浮选矿过程,并将选矿过程和仿真结果可视化。最终,仿真试验证明了该系统的有效性。Grinding and flotation processes are the indispensable parts of the mineral processing. Based on the background of the gold ore dressing process of a domestic gold treatment plant, the method of modeling-solving- programming was adopted to studying the process of gold ore dressing. Firstly, several mathematical models were established to analyze the processes of gold ore dressing and the models involves the classification model of ball mill grinding, the classification model of spiral classifier, the classification model of hydrocyclone and the flotation related models. Then, on the basis of the simulation software ExtendSim, a simulation system for gold ore dressing process was designed and developed. The main functions of the system contain the simulation of every equipment of mineral processing, process simulation and the analysis of simulation results. The simulation system can simulate the gold ore grinding-flotation processes under the conditions of different operating parameters and control parameters, and the process of grinding-flotation and the results of simulation could be visualized. Finally, simulation experiments were conducted using the simulation system, and the results demonstrated the system' s validity.
