摘 要:为研究自密实混凝土强度等级、保护层厚度、型钢埋置深度、栓钉4个主要因素对型钢自密实混凝土黏结性能的影响,对24个型钢自密实混凝土标准试件进行推出试验,得到型钢自密实混凝土的裂缝形态、荷载滑移曲线以及型钢的应变分布状况。试验结果表明:试验加载过程中推出试件有3个开裂时刻和3种主要裂缝形态;试件受力过程可以划分为4个阶段:胶阶段、滑阶段、下降段和残余段;分析得到型钢应变在埋置长度上呈指数分布,且在荷载的下降段应变趋于线性分布的规律。Through the twenty-four standard push-out tests of steel self-compacting concrete,fracture forms,the load-slip curves and distributions of steel strain could be available in steel reinforced self compacting concrete structures.A series of standard push-out specimens were designed to study the differences of bond performance and four main variables including concrete strength,thicknesses of concrete cover of section steel as well as embedded length and the stud.The research indicated that:Push-out specimens have three cracking moments and three main fracture forms during applying loads.Loading history of specimens can be divided into four stages: glue,slide,falling and residual.Along the embeded length,the section steel strain presents exponential distribution and tends to be linear distribution at load-descending stage.
