摘　　要：肢端肥大症是骨骺愈合的成年人,因生长激素升高而导致的一种综合征,主要表现为四肢、软组织、心脏的增大,而最易危及生命的是心脏并发症。超声心动图是检测心脏结构功能异常最实用、准确性也相对较高的工具。因此临床上常规行超声心动图检查,可提高心脏结构功能异常的检出率。早期治疗,可减少心脏不可逆性损害。Acromegaly is a syndrome caused by excessive growth hormone in adults with mature osteophiphysis. Common signs are en- largement of limbs, soft tissue and heart, among which heart disease is life threatening. Echocardiography is the most practical and accurate tool for detecting cardiac structural and functional abnormalities. Therefore clinical routine echocardiography can improve the detection rate of cardiac structural and functional abnormalities. Then early treatment of disease can reduce the chance of irreversible damage of heart.
