摘　　要：随着人口老龄化的加快,心脏疾病受到了人们的高度重视,而心脏离子通道的研究一直是该领域的研究热点之一。钾离子通道作为最复杂的一类,也受到人们的广泛关注。现就钾离子通道的多样性、常见心肌病以及药物研究的发展三个方面做一简要介绍和探讨。With the acceleration of population aging, heart disease has been a high priority, and cardiac ion channel research has been one of the hot spots in the field. Potassium ion channels, as the most complex class, have been widely concerned. Therefore, this paper briefly introduces and discusses three aspects of potassium ion channel diversity, common cardiomyopathy and the development of drug research.
