摘 要:[目的]研究硅钙肥和纳米碳处理对小麦幼苗生长及生理特性的影响,为提高作物的抗旱能力提供新的依据。[方法]用硅钙肥和纳米碳对干旱胁迫下的小麦幼苗进行处理,研究对干旱敏感的小麦品种幼苗株高、根长、根数、鲜重、干重、根冠比的影响,分析小麦叶片光合色素、超氧阴离子自由基、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化。[结果]结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,硅钙肥、硅钙肥与纳米碳混施处理比对照(CK)的小麦叶片的株高、根长、鲜重、干重均明显升高,超氧阴离子自由基、MDA均明显降低,叶绿素总量,SOD、POD活性明显升高。[结论]硅钙肥与3‰纳米碳混施对冬小麦幼苗期的干旱胁迫缓解最显著。[Objective]The effects of silicon calcium fertilizer and nanocarbon disposal on the growth and physiological characteristics of wheat seedlings were studied under drought stress.The results could provide a new evidence for improving crop drought resistance.[Methods]We would study the changes of plant height,root length,root number,fresh weight and dry weight by using the silicon calcium fertilizer and nanocarbon disposal to the wheat seedings under drought stress and analyze the changes of the O2- and photosynthetic pigment,MDA content,the activities of SOD and POD of wheat leaves.[Results]The results indicated,under the drought stress,applying silicon calcium fertilizer,silicon calcium fertilizer and nanocarbon disposal meanwhile could increase the plant height,length of root,fresh weight and dry weight of wheat seedings,decrease the contents of O2- and MDA apparently.The total content of chlorophyll and the activities of SOD and POD could increase visibly.[Conclusion]Silicon calcium fertilizer and 3‰ nanocarbon applying together could remit the drought stress on the growth and physiological characteristics of wheat seedlings most visibly.
