封闭负压吸引并贝复济治疗骶尾部褥疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析封闭负压吸引并贝复济治疗骶尾部褥疮的疗效。方法:选取86例骶尾部褥疮患者随机分为观察组和对照组,分别给予封闭负压吸引并贝复济治疗和单纯封闭负压吸引治疗,比较患者临床疗效、治疗基本情况。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率与对照组相比较显著提高,观察组患者住院时间、抗生素使用时间、分泌物消失时间、血象恢复时间、换药次数和治疗费用与对照组相比显著降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:封闭负压吸引并贝复济治疗骶尾部褥疮有效提高临床疗效,缩短住院时间,促进创面愈合,加快患者恢复,降低住院费用,减轻患者经济压力,值得推广应用。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage combined with BFGF in the treatment of sacrococcygeal bedsores. Methods： 86 cases of sacrococcygeal bedsores were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Vacuum sealing drainage combined with BFGF and vacuum sealing drainage therapy alone were given respectively to the two groups. The clinical efficacy and the basic treatment between the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The hospitalization time,antibiotic use time,disappearance time of secretions,blood recovery time,dressing frequency and treatment cost were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Vacuum sealing drainage combined with BFGF can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the hospitalization time,promote the wound healing,accelerate the recovery of patients,reduce the cost of hospitalization and relieve the patients＇ economic pressure,therefore,is worthy of further clinical application.
