摘 要:大孔交联氯甲基化聚苯乙烯与半胱氨酸反应,合成了以聚苯乙烯为基质的半胱氨酸树脂。通过红外光谱和氯含量测定表征了树脂的化学结构,采用氮气吸-脱附法测定了树脂的比表面积和孔结构参数。测定了树脂对葛根黄酮的静态和动态吸附性能,实验表明树脂对葛根黄酮的静态最大吸附量可达63.70 mg/g(干树脂)。在动态吸附中,树脂的饱和吸附吸量为60.24 mg/g。用70%乙醇作洗脱剂,葛根黄酮很快从树脂上洗脱下来且没有拖尾现象发生,洗脱率达90.55%。The cysteineresin based on macroporous polystyrene was synthesized via thereaction ofmacroporous crosslinked polystyrene and cysteine acid,the chemical structure of the resin was characterized by fourier transformation infrared spectra. Chlorine content was determined by the volhard method,the specific surface area and pore structure parameters of the resin were determined by nitrogen adsorption desorption method. The static and dynamic adsorption properties of the resin were determined. The results showed that the maximum adsorption capacity of the resin on Pueraia flavones was 63. 70 mg/g( dry resin). The dynamic saturated adsorption amount of the resin on Pueraria flavone was60. 24 mg/g. The dynamic release rate of Pueraia flavones from the resin was 90. 55% with no tailing phenomenon with70% ethanol as eluent.
