摘 要:通过高锰酸钾浸渍法,在KMnO_4溶液浓度为0.079 mol/L和热处理温度为650℃的条件下,制得负载锰氧化物活性炭,并将普通活性炭与负载锰氧化物活性炭分别在浓度为0.3 mg/m3甲醛环境中进行吸附实验。结果表示:改性活性炭表面的碳原子和锰原子可对甲醛产生化学吸附,30 g负载锰氧化物活性炭在浓度为0.3 mg/m^3甲醛环境中的甲醛去除率高达80%。相比未负载之前提高了一倍;活性炭的不同用量对甲醛的吸附也会有不同的影响,改性活性炭最佳吸附量30 g,普通活性炭最佳吸附量100 g。By potassium permanganate impregnation method,under the conditions of KMnO4 solution concentration of0. 079 mol/L and heat treatment temperature of 650 ℃,the load manganese oxide was prepared,and the common active carbon and the load manganese oxide were used in adsorption experiment respectively in the concentration of 0. 3 mg/m3 of formaldehyde. Results showed that the modified carbon atoms and manganese atoms on the surface of the activated carbon can have chemical adsorption on formaldehyde,removal rate of 30 g load activated carbon manganese oxide can reach as high as 80% in the concentration of 0. 3 mg/m3 of formaldehyde,it was a double before load doubled. The different dosage of activated carbon had different effects for the adsorption of formaldehyde,the best adsorption capacity of modified activated carbon adsorption was 30 g,the best adsorption capacity of common active carbon was 100 g.
