摘 要:传统的全棉梭织物印染前处理过程中,有多道高温水洗,消耗大量的蒸汽能源和水资源,所以其生产特点是高温、高湿和高能耗。采用新型冷堆宝TF-1887A及其冷堆工艺,对全棉织物进行冷轧堆前处理试验,探讨了各种前处理参数对织物白度和毛效的影响,并与传统退煮漂工艺进行比较。全棉织物冷轧堆工艺为:TF-1887A 15 g/L、烧碱30 g/L、双氧水30 g/L,轧液率为80%以上,室温下堆置16~24 h。实验结果表明,毛效和白度均优于传统工艺或与之相当。The traditional dyeing pretreatment process of cotton woven,accompanied by a multi-channel high temperature washing,consumes a lot of energy and water resources,so the production was characterized by high temperature and high humidity and high energy consumption. Cold pad-batch pretreatment of cotton was carried out with a novel low temperature scouring and bleaching agent TF-1887 A. Influences of various pretreatment parameters on capillary effect and whiteness of cotton fabric processed were discussed. With the traditional desizing and scouring process were compared. The results showed that the optimum of cold pad-batch pretreatment of cotton was TF-1887 A 15 g/L,caustic soda 30 g/L,hydrogen peroxide 30 g/L,rolling over rate was above 80%,the room temperature stacked 16 ~ 24 h. Capillary effect and whiteness of cotton fabric treated with cold pad-batch pretreatment were better than or similar to those with traditional process.
