摘  要:建立了溴酸钾滴定法测定乙二醇锑中锑含量的方法。试料用盐酸溶解,通过加入水控制酸度,甲基橙作指示剂,用溴酸钾标准滴定溶液直接滴定乙二醇锑中锑含量。考察了称样量、温度、酸的种类及用量等因素的影响,并进行了准确度、精密度实验。结果表明:方法的回收率为99.32%~100.46%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.17%~0.34%,与硫酸铈滴定法相比,结果吻合,操作简便、快速。可满足乙二醇锑中锑的快速测定。Potassium bromate titration was stablished for the rapid determination of antimony content in ethylene glycol antimony. The sample was dissolved with hydrochloric acid. Through controlling the acidity with the water,methyl orange as indicator,antimony content in ethylene glycol antimony was directly titrated with potassium bromate standard solution. The effects of the sample quantity,temperature,the type and dosage of acid were investigated. The accuracy and precision experiments were carried out. The results showed that the recovery of method was 99. 32% ~ 100. 46%,the relative standard deviation( RSD,n = 6) was 0. 17% ~ 0. 34%. Comparing cerium sulfate titration method,the result was consistent and more quickly,more convenient. This method can be widely used for the determination of antimony in ethylene glycol antimony.
