摘 要:水解酸化-CAST工艺在城市污水处理中广泛使用,但存在着脱氮除磷效果差,出水总磷偏高的问题。本文通过工程实例,采用水解酸化-CAST-深床反硝化滤池工艺,在不增加运行成本前提下,弥补了水解酸化-CAST工艺的不足,改善了出水水质。该工艺正常运行后,出水达到现行GB18918-2002(一级A)标准,而且更节能、更安全。通过实施新的工艺流程,达到节能、减排、减污、增效的目的。CAST combined hydrolysis acidification process is widely used in urban sewage treatment,but there are some problems we have to face that the result of the removal of denitrification and phosphorus might be unsatisfactory and the total phosphorus in output water is higher than other technology. It made up for the deficiency of the CAST combined hydrolysis acidification process and improved the water quality using the hydrolysis acidification-CAST-deep bed filter by denitrification process without any increase in operating costs based on the engineering example. It had reached GB18918-2002( 1 A) current standard of effluent quality after the normal operation of this process and was also more efficient and more secure than simple CAST technology. Through the implementation of the new process,it saved energy,reduced consumption,reduced pollution,increased efficiency.
