摘　　要：通过对丁基橡胶特性进行介绍,阐述丁基橡胶对容器衬里的应用。同时对衬里容器设计相关标准规范进行概述;提出对衬胶设备的要求,详细介绍了对设备壳体本体、结构、焊缝和检验的要求,介绍了丁基橡胶与金属结合机理,分析影响金属基层与丁基橡胶结合的因素,对丁基橡胶衬里常见的缺陷及其原因进行分析,可以为工程设计提供参考和依据,为使用者提供定货依据。The characteristics of butyl rubber and the application of butyl rubber lining the container were introduced. At the same time,the lining container design related standards were summarized. The requirements of transform plastic equipment were put forward,the equipment shell body,structure,welding and inspection requirements were introduced in detail,the butyl rubber and metal bonding mechanism were also introduced,the factors influencing the metal base and butyl rubber were analyzed,the common defects and the reasons of butyl rubber lining were analyzed,which can provide reference and basis for engineering design,provide the user with an order.
