摘　　要：本文通过光波导传感器实现了对水溶液中二甲胺的快速检测。以溴百里酚蓝(BTB)为敏感试剂,正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)水解后生成的具有网状结构的SiO_2凝胶为支撑材料,制成溴百里酚蓝嵌入SiO_2凝胶膜/K+交换玻璃光波导敏感元件(TEOS-BTB)。利用该敏感元件检测水溶液中的胺类物质,同时优化敏感元件的制备条件。实验结果表明,室温下,该敏感元件对水溶液中的二甲胺具有较高的灵敏度,检测限(信噪比S/N=6.5)为0.4 mg/m^3,响应时间为8 s,恢复时间为17 s。在0.4~110 mg/m3质量浓度范围内,浓度和输出光强度的对数值有良好的线性关系(R=0.98)。In this paper,the rapid detection of dimethylamine in aqueous solution was introduced by optical waveguide sensor. Bromine thymol blue（ BTB） intercalated silica gel membrane/K＋exchange glass optical waveguide sensitive element（ TEOS-BTB） was prepared by using BTB as a sensitive reagent and silica gel network as the support material. The sensor was used to detect the amines in the aqueous solution,and the preparation conditions of the sensitive elements were optimized. And its sensitivity was measured at room temperature. The results showed that the element had high sensitivity to dimethylamine in aqueous solution. The limit of detection was 0. 4 mg/m3（ S/N = 6. 5）,the response time was 8 s and the recovery time was 17 s. There was a good linear relationship between the concentration and the logarithm of the output light intensity（ R = 0. 98）.
