摘 要:近几年,智能变电站在运行过程中,发生多起由于合并单元相关问题导致的保护误动事件,对电网的运行造成一定影响。基于研究现阶段智能变电站的保护配置,深入分析了多起智能变电站的保护误动事件。研究表明:多起事件的发生是由于智能变电站部分合并单元工艺质量和逻辑设计存在问题,现场调试、检修和运维人员对于智能变电站二次系统的调试启动、检修机制和运维安措等方面技术掌握不到位导致的。针对此,提出了相应的整改意见。Faults of relay protection malfunction occurred several times during the operation process of smart substations recently, which has great influences on power grid. Based on the research of protection configuration of smart substation, the paper, analyzed several events of relay protection malfunction in smart substations. Investigations show that the accidents were imputed to poor quality of merge units and defect of logic design. In addition, commissioning and maintenance staffs deserve the blame for the faults due to their skills not coming up to standard. In view of the problems, corresponding suggestions were put forward ultimately.
