摘　　要：高等教育的产业化管理,是高校未来的发展趋势。分析了高等教育产业化的内涵,总结了现行高校产业化管理中存在的问题,在此基础上,结合工作经验,从办学、科研、后勤三个方面提出改进高等教育产业化管理模式的建议措施。The industrialization of higher education is the future development trend of colleges and universi- ties. This paper analyzes the connotation of the industrialization of higher education, analyzes the existing problems in the industrialization management of colleges and universities, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the industrialization management mode of higher education from three aspects of school running, scientific research and logistics.
