摘 要:利用水热反应生长单晶TiO_2纳米棒,研究了水热时间和加入钛源的量对纳米棒长度和形貌的影响。研究发现反应时间是控制纳米棒长径比重要的因素。纳米棒直径随着钛源量的增大而增大,纳米棒密度随着钛源量的增大而减小。当钛源量为190μL、时间为10 h、温度为150℃时,生长出来纳米棒直径为100 nm,长度为3.4μm,此条件生长出来的纳米棒长径比最大,最适合应用在敏化太阳能电池中。Single crystal TiO2 nanorods were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The influence of the hydrothermal time and the amount of titanium source on the length and morphology of the nanorods were studied. The study showed that the reaction time was an important factor that controlling the length to diameter ratio of nanorods. As the amount of titanium source increases, the diameter of TiO2 nanorods was increased while the density of nanorods decreased. The study also showed that when the amount of titanium source was 190 μL, reaction time was 10 h and the temperature was 150℃, the resulted nanorods were 100 nm in diameter and 3.4 μm in length, which had the largest length to diameter ratio and were suitable for application in the sensitized solar cells.
