摘 要:通过对连铸二冷工艺研究的分类,从铸坯质量缺陷、凝固传热模型、智能优化控制等3方面对连铸二冷研究进行综述。分析了连铸二冷的控制理念及特点,总结了目前连铸二冷研究的成果及应用价值,提出了基于云制造的连铸二冷控制模型,并展望了连铸二冷研究的进一步发展。Through the classification of secondary cooling technology in continuous casting, the research of cooling technology from slab quality defects, solidification and heat transfer model, intelligent optimization control of the secondary cooling in continuous casting were reviewed. Analyzing the control concept and characteristics, summarizing the research achievements and application value, a continuous casting secondary cooling control model based on cloud manufacturing was established, and the development of continuous casting secondary cooling technology was discussed.
