摘　　要：由于近年来球墨铸铁迅速发展,成为应用十分广泛的铸铁材料,市场对球墨铸铁性能的要求也越来越高。为提高球铁铸件品量,满足用户需求,主要通过原材料的选择和过程方法控制,对球墨铸铁的球化处理工艺进行探讨,并得出球化处理过程控制对球铁铸件品质稳定起到至关重要的作用。Because of rapid developing of nodular cast iron in recent years, it become a very wide cast iron materials, the market has higher requirement on the properties of nodular cast iron. To improve the quality of ductile iron castings, meet the demand of users, The spheroidizing process of nodular cast iron was briefly discussed in this paper, main including the choice of raw materials and the control of process method, and it is concluded that spheroidizing process control for ductile iron castings products stable quality play a crucial role.
