摄像头录像大师软件与普通直筒型电脑摄像头在金相分析中的应用研究

摘　　要：摄像头录像大师软件、普通直筒型电脑摄像头与金相显微镜、计算机组成金相图像采集与拍摄录制系统,可实现金相图像采集预览、拍摄、录像并保存、打印等工作,通过视频的录播可实现动态多视场观察与分析,同时还能实现多人同时观察分析和远程共享等功能,大大提高金相分析效果。该组合系统,组件兼容性强,安装操作简便,投入成本低,易于实现。A metallography image acquisition and camera recording system is composed of video camera master software, ordinary straight type PC camera, metallographic microscope and computer components, it can realize image acquisition, metallurgical preview, filming, recording and save, print, and realize dynamic multiple field observation and analysis, greatly improving metallurgical analysis results. The combine system has powerful component compatibility, simple installation, low investment cost, easy to implement.
