摘　　要：针对A公司灌装设备生产线中总装环节存在的浪费问题,利用双手作业分析对接线工序进行了分析和改进,包括改变各步骤先后顺序、调整工装工具、明确工作前后的各项要求和改善工作环境等。通过对比显示,改善后工时缩短,操作人员的劳动强度降低,员工满意度得到了提高,效果良好。In order to solve the waste problem existing in the general assembly station of the filling equipment production line in A company,the two-banded operation analysis was used to analyze and improve the wiring process,including changes of the step order, tooling adjustment, definition of the requirements before/after the work and improve the work environment. Through the comparison it shows that the man-hour is cut, the labor intensity of the operator is reduced, employee satisfaction is improved and the effectiveness is good.
