2013-2015年深圳市南山区艾滋病自愿咨询检测情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解深圳市南山区2013-2015年艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)人群的情况,为艾滋病预防和干预提供科学依据。方法收集2013-2015年在南山区疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊进行自愿咨询检测者的资料进行统计分析。结果 1 815名VCT求询者中,HIV阳性196人,阳性率10.80%。性接触为主要传播途径占97.96%,通过男男性行为感染有131人。求询者男女比例为7.1∶1,20~45岁青壮年占93.06%,文化程度为大专及以上的人群占67.33%。结论深圳市南山区2013-2015年艾滋病自愿咨询求询者以青壮年、文化程度为大专及以上的人群为主;性接触为主要传播途径,其中以男男同性性传播为主;应广泛开展VCT工作,加强对男男性行为的干预,减少HIV传播。Objective To investigate the population of HIV（ human immunodefic-iency virus） Voluntary Counseling and Testing（ VCT） in Nanshan District of Shenzhen from 2013 to 2015,and to provide evidence for prevention and control of HIV. Methods The data of VCT from Nan Shan CDC VCT clinic from 2013 to2015 were statistically analyzed. Results The infection rate was 10. 80%（ 196/1815）,and sex was the main way of infection（ 97. 96%）,including 131 cases infected through homosexual contact. Male and female ratio in the population of VCT was 7. 1 ∶ 1,93. 06% VCT population were 20 to 45 years old,67. 33% has college degree or above. Conclusion HIV/AIDS counseling population were consisted mainly of people aged20 ~ 45 years,most of them had got college degreeor above; the main mode of infection was sex,HIV infection was found mostly among MSM; VCT should be extensively carried out to strengthen behavior intervention among MSM to contain the spread of HIV.
