摘  要:目的探讨血清胱抑素C(CYS-C)与C反应蛋白(CRP)联合检测在原发性高血压(PH)肾功能损害早期辅助诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院收治的118例PH患者血清CYS-C、CRP、肌酐(Crea)和尿素氮(Urea)检测结果。结果血清CYS-C和CRP检测水平PH各组均高于正常组(P<0.01或P<0.05),Ⅱ组血清CYS-C、CRP和Urea水平均高于Ⅰ组,但低于Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。CYS-C和CRP分别与Crea和Urea呈显著正相关,Ⅱ组CYS-C和CRP单检阳性检出率分别为85.00%、75.00%,两指标联检的阳性检出率上升到95.00%,明显高于两指标单检的阳性检出率(P<0.05),Ⅱ组两指标联检的阳性检出率显著高于Ⅰ组两指标联检的阳性检出率(P<0.01)。结论CYS-C和CRP参与了PH肾功能损害的发生、发展,可作为PH肾功能损害过程中辅助诊断的重要检测指标,联检可提高PH肾功能早期损害的阳性检出率,为PH的早期发现、诊治、病情监测等方面提供依据。Objective To investigate the serum cystatin C(CYS-C)and C reactive protein(CRP)in the combined testing of essential hypertension(PH)application value in early diagnosis of renal damage.Methods Methods the serum samples of 118 patients with PH in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,The results of the testing of serum CYS-C,CRP,creatinine(Crea)and Urea nitrogen(Urea)and urea()were detected at the SIEMENS 2400 automatic biochemical analyzer(ADVIA-2400).Results The levels of serum CYS-C and CRP testing in PH group were higher than those in normal group(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05),The serum levels of CYS-C,CRP and Urea were higher in group II than in group I,but lower than in group III(P〈0.05).CYS-C and CRP respectively with Crea and Urea showed a positive correlation,group II CYS-C and CRP single positive testing rates were 85%,75%,two tumor markers positive rate increased to 95%,significantly higher than the two single index examination positive rate(P〈0.05),Group 2of two tumor markers positive rate was significantly higher than the positive rate of group two index levels(P〈0.01).Conclusion CYS-C and CRP participated in the occurrence and development of renal function impairment in PH,PH can be used as an important indicator of renal damage in the process of computer-aided diagnosis,examination can improve the early damage of renal function in PH positive rate,PH for early testing,diagnosis and treatment,provide the basis for disease monitoring.
