新型含银敷料在小儿先天性耳前瘘管感染期伤口换药中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨新型含银敷料在小儿先天性耳前瘘管感染期手术切口换药中的临床应用效果。方法选取2014年5月至2016年5月该院收治的先天性耳前瘘管感染期患儿168例,将其分为观察组(96例)与对照组(72例)。观察组患儿采用新型含银敷料换药,对照组患儿采用传统的纱布敷料或凡士林纱布换药。观察两组临床疗效、伤口愈合时间、换药次数及疼痛程度等。结果观察组患儿总有效率[98.96%(95/96)]明显高于对照组[94.44%(68/72)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组换药次数和愈合时间[(5.7±1.1)次、(6.8±0.8)d]均少于对照组[(7.3±1.6)次、(8.8±1.4)d],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿疼痛评分明显低于对照组;且在接受度上优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亲水性纤维含银敷料具有减轻疼痛,缩短治疗时间,减少护士工作量,提高伤口愈合效果的作用。Objective To explore the clinical effects of a new type of silver-contained dressing used in children with congenital preauricular fistula during the period of wound infection.Methods 168 cases of patients collected from May 2014 to May 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group（96 cases with hydrophilic fibers silver-contained dressings） and the control group（72 cases with traditional gauze dressing or vaseline gauze）.The clinical effects,healing time,frequency of dressing changes as well as severity of pain in both groups were observed respectively.Results The total effective rate of observation group was notably higher than that of the control group [98.96%（95/96） vs.94.44%（68/72）,P〈0.05].The frequency of dressing changed [（5.7 ±1.1）times] and cure time [（6.8 ±0.8）days] of observation group were significantly improved as compared to the control group [（7.3±1.6）times,（8.8±1.4）days]（P〈0.05）.The pain scores and satisfaction rates of the observation group were also largely improved（P 0.05）.Conclusion Hydrophilic fiber silver-contained dressing can relieve the pain,shorten the wound healing time,reduce the workload of nurses,and improve the effect of wound healing.
