集束化护理干预对前列腺癌患者术后遵医行为的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理干预对前列腺癌患者术后遵医行为的影响。方法选取2014年5月至2016年3月在该院进行前列腺癌根治术的患者78例作为研究对象,分为对照组(38例)和集束化干预组(40例)。对照组实施常规护理及健康教育,干预组在实施常规护理及健康教育的基础上进行全程集束化护理干预,分析并比较两组患者的遵医行为及术后生活质量。结果干预组患者前列腺特异性抗原、直肠指检、骨扫描、一般项目评分及术后生活质量均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过集束化的有效全程系统护理干预,可以明显提高前列腺癌患者的遵医行为,改善生活质量,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To analyse the effect of the cluster based nurse measures（CBNM） to the treatment compliance after operation in the patients with prostate cancer.Methods 78 patients with prostate cancer,underwent the radical prostatectomy from May 2014 to March 2016,were divided into the CBNM group with 40 patients and the control group with 38 patients.The pa-tients in the control group underwent the common nurse measures and health educations,while the CBNM group received the active and systematic nurse measures all the course.The treatment compliance and life quality in two groups were compared.Results The patients after the radical prostatectomy in the CBNM group complied significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.The life quality in CBNM group was obviously higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The treatment compliance and the life quality after the radical prostatectomy in the patients with prostate cancer could be improved significantly by the clus-ter based and effective nurse measures,which has important clinical values.
