摘 要:牙周炎造成的牙周骨缺损是临床急需解决的问题。传统的支架材料在牙周组织再生中虽取得了一定效果,但仍有较多局限性。介孔材料具备孔径均一且尺寸可调、高孔隙率及比表面积等良好的理化性能,较纳米材料有更广泛的发展前景,因此介孔材料在牙周再生领域的应用逐渐受到重视。该文就介孔材料的特点及其在牙周再生中的应用作一综述。Periodontitis often leads to periodontal bone defect,which is an urgent problem to be solved in clinic. Traditional scaffolds have made some progress in periodontal regeneration,but still with many limitations. Since the mesoporous materials are characterized by their unique physicochemical properties as uniform pore sizes,high porosity and surface area,which have a rather prosperous prospect compared with the nano materials. As mentioned above,more emphasis has been laid on the application of mesoporous materials in periodontal regeneration. In this article,the characteristics of mesoporous materials and their application in periodontal regeneration will be reviewed.
