摘　　要：中国对非洲农业投资是中非双方农业合作的重要途径,也是解决双方农业需求的基本出路。基于此,本文从中国农业对非洲农业投资的背景出发,分析了投资的互补性和必要性,探讨了中国对非洲农业投资的现状及存在的问题,在此基础上提出了完善中国对非洲农业直接投资的建议。China's agricultural investment in Africa is an important way for agricultural cooperation between China and Africa,and it is also the basic way to solve the agricultural demands of both sides.Based on this background,this paper analyzes the complementarity and necessity of investment in African agricultural investment,discusses the current situation and existing problems of China's agricultural investment in Africa,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve China's agricultural investment in Africa direct investment advice.
