摘  要:中温锌系磷化是应用最为普遍的一种磷化工艺,具有磷化膜厚,耐腐蚀性强、膜层外表均匀致密等特点。研制出一种锌钙锰三元阳离子体系磷化液,适用温度范围广,能较好的克服成本高、磷化过程管理困难、磷化膜质量不稳定、能耗等问题。磷化膜水洗后烘干,表面细腻、光滑、完整,颜色均匀,呈浅蓝灰色。按照GB6807-86,在室温下进行磷化膜的Cu SO4点滴试验,腐蚀液由天蓝色转变为浅黄色的时间达到工业磷化液标准。Medium temperature zinc series phosphating is the most popular a kind of phosphating process,The phosphating film thickness,strong corrosion resistance,uniform film appearance characteristics. Developed a calcium zinc manganese ternary phosphating liquid cationic system,applicable temperature range,Can better overcome the high cost,phosphating process management difficulties,unstable quality of phosphating film,energy consumption and so on. After being washed and dried,the surface of phosphate film is fine,smooth,complete,with uniform light blue-gray. According to GB6807-86,the Cu SO4 drip test of the phosphating film was carried out at room temperature,and the time of corrosion solution from the sky blue to light yellow is up to the standard of industrial phosphating solution.
